SUMMARY
A historic terrace situated within walking distance of the Sydney CBD. Our task was to completely gut this 3 storey terrace, demolish the rear section and add a 2 storey extension. The home owners Ian and Yun were extremely happy with the final result and have left a wonderful video testimonial for us. The new home consists of high end bespoke kitchen with a marble benchtop, architectural feature wall and wardrobes, stunning marble bathrooms, a glass floor, skylights throughout and a very cosy and serence new rear yard consisting of a new deck, pergola and garden beds.
